Dr. Andersen provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for a variety of referral concerns.  CBT is based on the principles that thoughts influence feelings, feelings influence actions, and actions include our results, or life circumstances.  In other words, situations do not make us feel certain ways.  People do not make us feel certain ways.  It is how we interpret (think about) situations or things people say or do that influence how we feel.
